Products are quality checked prior to dispatch to ensure they are received in the best possible condition. We accept no responsibility for damage caused to products during transit or use.

Certain products on this website are hand made or customised items. Due to their nature, they will contain minor differences, imperfections or discrepancies as a result of the manufacturing process.

This website contains personalised products. These are items which are made in accordance with the customer’s unique specification or requirements. These products are excluded, under law, from our returns policy and will be identified as such in the product description.

We do not accept responsibility for loss or damage experienced as a result of the incorrect or illegal use of any product purchased from us.

Tax

Prices stated on this website are inclusive of tax, where applicable. Tax is charged at the UK VAT rate that applies on the date of purchase.

Shipping charges are subject to tax.

Customs Tariffs

Our products are dispatched from Northern Ireland. Customs tariffs may apply in some countries. You must check before placing an order if customs tariffs apply to your order. We cannot advise on customs tariffs.

You are responsible for the payment of customs tariffs to the relevant delivery company or authority.

We are not responsible for the application, enforcement or payment of customs tariffs or other charges.

Payment

Payment must be made in full when ordering online. We will not dispatch an order until full payment has been made and cleared.

Payments are processed on our behalf by a third party payment gateway. By paying online, you accept the terms and conditions applied by the third party payment processor.

Goods remain our property until paid in full.

Delivery

Delivery charges are calculated automatically and added to the shopping basket before payment is made. There may be multiple shipping options available depending on your delivery address. Orders will be dispatched using the shipping method you select during checkout.

You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been dispatched and details of how to track the parcel. Delivery and tracking is the responsibility of the third party shipping company.

We cannot give a specific delivery date. You must allow up to 10 working days for UK delivery, 20 working days for European delivery and 25 working days to all other destinations.

We retain the right to refuse to deliver an address, (eg. PO Box).

Cancellations

You have the right to cancel your order from the date you place the order until the date of dispatch. You will receive a full refund including delivery charges, in accordance with our refund policy (see below).

Once an order has been dispatched, you can no longer cancel the order. In this circumstance our returns policy will apply (see below).

You must contact us by email immediately with your request to cancel an order.

We have the right to cancel or refuse any order without question, explanation or notice.

Returns

General Conditions

If you are in possession of the goods, you are duty bound to take reasonable care of them and to return them to us as soon as possible after a return request has been approved.

You must returns goods to us at your own expense.

We will recover from you any charges we incur as a result of the return of goods.

Changed Your Mind

If you have changed your mind, you can return a item within 14 days of receipt for a refund. Exceptions apply, so please see Returns Exclusions below.

You must notify us by email before returning an item.

All returned items must be in their original packaging, unopened and unused. If items are not returned in this condition, a refund will not be issued.

We will inspect all items returned to us and issue a refund, if applicable, within 14 working days. Refunds will be made to the payment method you used when purchasing the item. We will only refund the cost of the item. We do not refund delivery charges.

You are responsible for delivery charges when returning an item. We are not responsible for loss or damage caused in transit when you are returning an item.

Returning an item does not guarantee a refund will be made.

Damaged Goods

Damages are rare but do occasionally happen. If you receive an item that is damaged, you must notify us by email within 2 days of receiving the item. We will send you instructions on how to return the item.

All damaged items must be returned for inspection, without exception.

Damaged items must be returned within 14 working days of receipt. The damaged item must be returned along with all packaging, including outer packaging.

We will inspect all items returned to us and issue a refund, if applicable, within 14 working days. Refunds will be made to the payment method you used when purchasing the item.

Returning an item does not guarantee a refund will be made.

Returns Exclusions

Some items listed our site are excluded from our returns policy and cannot be returned.

Items that cannot be returned are personalised items or items which have been made according to your unique specification. This includes all metal number plates, show plates and signs. We have identified in the product description when a product is excluded from our returns policy.

We are allowed to exclude certain products by law for our returns policy. More information in relation to this can be found in Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations on the UK Governemnt website.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. The refund amount may differ from the amount you paid when placing the order.

If goods are returned in an unsatisfactory condition we will make a deduction from the refund to cover the cost of repairing or replacing the goods.

We may apply an administration or processing charge prior to making a refund.

We do not refund delivery charges.

Number Plates

When we supply a number plate to be used for displaying a registration mark on a vehicle, the plate will meet the laws and standards for the country in which it is intended to be used. These plates can be used on the road and will pass state vehicle testing. Only the products identified as road legal in the product category are fully compliant.

We will not alter the spelling or spacing of any number plate. Number plates will only be made in accordance with the correct legal format, regardless of how you request them.

UK customers purchasing number plates must provide us with documents before we make plates. Documents must be sent in accordance with our useful guide. When placing an order for number plates you are purchasing blank plates only. When we receive your documents we will then apply the registration mark to the plates at no additional charge.

If we do not receive the required documents, we will not make number plates containing a registration mark and we will send you blank plates.

Where documents have been sent to us by post, we will return these along with your completed order. We accept no responsibility for loss or damage of documents in transit.

Reviews and Comments

You must not leave a review or comment in relation to our products or business on this website or any third party website, social media or other platform, without first obtaining our permission or unless invited by us to do so.

We will request the removal of any reviews or comments which we deem to be inappropriate, defamatory or otherwise. We may take legal action against the author of any such comments or reviews.
