Below you will find some useful information in relation to our delivery and returns processes and policies.

Delivery

Dispatch

We aim to dispatch completed orders within two working days. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been dispatched.

Working days are Monday to Friday and exclude public holidays.

Delivery Times

We cannot give a specific delivery date. The following can be used as a guide for estimated delivery times:

  • UK express delivery – up to 2 working days
  • UK standard delivery – up to 7 working days
  • UK economy delivery – up to 10 working days
  • Europe tracked – up to 20 working days
  • Worldwide tracked – up to 25 working days.

The times given above are estimated and not guarantees. The timescale starts from the day after dispatch.

Delivery Methods

The delivery methods available to you will be shown during checkout and are dependent on your delivery address. There may be more than one delivery option available.

If you choose a tracked delivery method, a signature may be required on delivery.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges will vary based on the products ordered, the delivery method chosen and the delivery address. You can obtain an estimated delivery charge in the basket, before placing or paying for an order.

We do not profit from delivery charges. The price we charge is the price we pay.

Collect In Person

You can collect an order in person by appointment only. Please contact us to arrange collection.

Returns

Changed Your Mind

If you have changed your mind, you can return a item within 14 days of receipt for a refund. Exceptions apply, so please see Returns Exclusions below.

You must notify us by email before returning an item.

All returned items must be in their original packaging, unopened and unused. If items are not returned in this condition, a refund will not be issued.

We will inspect all items returned to us and issue a refund, if applicable, within 14 working days. Refunds will be made to the payment method you used when purchasing the item. We will only refund the cost of the item. We do not refund delivery charges.

You are responsible for delivery charges when returning an item. We are not responsible for loss or damage caused in transit when you are returning an item.

Returning an item does not guarantee a refund will be made.

Damaged Goods

Damages are rare but do occasionally happen. If you receive an item that is damaged, you must notify us by email within 2 days of receiving the item. We will send you instructions on how to return the item.

All damaged items must be returned for inspection, without exception.

Damaged items must be returned within 14 working days of receipt. The damaged item must be returned along with all packaging, including outer packaging.

We will inspect all items returned to us and issue a refund, if applicable, within 14 working days. Refunds will be made to the payment method you used when purchasing the item.

Returning an item does not guarantee a refund will be made.

Returns Exclusions

Some items listed our site are excluded from our returns policy and cannot be returned.

Items that cannot be returned are personalised items or items which have been made according to your unique specification. This includes all metal number plates, show plates and signs. We have identified in the product description when a product is excluded from our returns policy.

We are allowed to exclude certain products by law for our returns policy. More information in relation to this can be found in Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations on the UK Governemnt website.
