Tax

Customs Tariffs

Products are dispatched from Northern Ireland. Customs tariffs may apply in some countries; please check before ordering. You are responsible for customs charges and we are not liable for customs enforcement or payments.

Payment

Full payment must be made at the time of order. Orders will not be dispatched until payment has cleared.

Payments are processed by a third-party payment gateway, and you agree to their terms and conditions when paying.

Goods remain our property until fully paid.

Delivery

Delivery charges are calculated automatically and added before checkout. Shipping options depend on your delivery address.

You will receive an email confirmation and tracking details once your order is dispatched. Delivery and tracking are the responsibility of the shipping company.

Allow up to 10 working days for UK delivery, 20 for Europe, and 25 for other destinations.

We reserve the right to refuse delivery to certain addresses (e.g., PO Boxes).

Cancellations

You have the right to cancel your order at any time from the moment you place it until it has been dispatched. If you cancel before dispatch, you will receive a full refund including any delivery charges, minus a non-refundable cancellation fee to cover card processing and administration costs.

Please note, personalised products (including all custom metal number plates, show plates, and signs) cannot be cancelled once the order is placed, as these items are made to your unique specifications.

Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. At this stage, our returns policy will apply.

To cancel an order, you must contact us immediately by email with your cancellation request.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, without the need to provide a reason or prior notice.

Returns

General Conditions

You must take reasonable care of goods and return them promptly after approval. Returns are at your expense, and any costs we incur may be charged back to you.

Changed Your Mind

You may return items within 14 days of receipt for a refund, except where exclusions apply.

Notify us by email before returning.

Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging for a refund.

Refunds are processed within 14 working days to the original payment method, excluding delivery charges.

You bear the cost and risk of returning items. Return does not guarantee a refund.

Damaged Goods

Notify us within 2 days if you receive damaged items.

Damaged goods must be returned with all packaging within 14 working days.

Returns Exclusions

Personalised items or those made to your specification (including metal number plates, show plates, signs) cannot be returned. This is in line with Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Refunds

Refunds processed within 14 days of receipt of returned goods.

Deductions may apply for repairs or replacements if goods are not in satisfactory condition.

Administration or processing charges may apply.

Delivery charges are non-refundable.

Number Plates

When supplying number plates for vehicle registration marks, plates comply with relevant country laws and standards and are road-legal.

We will not alter spelling or spacing and produce plates only in the correct legal format.

UK customers must provide documents before plate production, following our guide.

Orders for number plates are for blank plates until we receive documents to apply the registration mark at no extra charge.

If no documents are received, only blank plates will be supplied.

Documents sent by post will be returned with the order; we are not responsible for loss or damage in transit.

Reviews and Comments

Do not post reviews or comments about our products or business without permission.

We reserve the right to remove inappropriate or defamatory comments and may take legal action.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Northern Ireland. Any disputes arising will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland.
