Below is useful information about our delivery and returns processes and policies.
Delivery
π€ Dispatch
We aim to dispatch completed orders within two working days. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been dispatched.
- Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Orders placed during busy periods (e.g. Christmas, Black Friday) may take slightly longer.
β³ Delivery Times
We cannot guarantee an exact delivery date, but the following can be used as a guide from the day after dispatch:
- UK Express: up to 2 working days
- UK Standard: up to 7 working days
- UK Economy: up to 10 working days
- Europe Tracked: up to 20 working days (customs may cause delays)
- Worldwide Tracked: up to 25 working days (customs may cause delays)
π Delivery Methods
Available delivery options will be shown at checkout and vary by location.
Tracked deliveries may require a signature.
If a delivery is missed, your courier will leave instructions for redelivery or collection.
π° Delivery Charges
Charges vary based on products, delivery method, and destination.
An estimated delivery cost will be shown in your basket before payment.
π Collect in Person
Orders can be collected in person by appointment only. Contact us to arrange collection.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us by email as soon as possible.
For non-personalised items, cancellations can be made before dispatch. A cancellation fee of 5% will apply to cover card processing and administration costs.
β Personalised or custom-made items (including all metal number plates, show plates, and signs) cannot be cancelled once production has started.
Returns
π‘ Changed Your Mind?
If youβve changed your mind, you can return an item within 14 days of receipt (see Returns Exclusions below).
- Email us before returning your item.
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
- Use secure packaging to avoid damage during return shipping.
- We recommend using a tracked postal service and keeping proof of postage.
- Refunds (item cost only, excluding delivery) are issued within 14 working days after inspection.
Please note: Delivery charges are non-refundable, and youβre responsible for return shipping costs and any loss or damage during return transit.

β οΈ Damaged Goods
If your order arrives damaged:
- Email us within 2 days of receipt.
- We will send return instructions.
- Damaged goods must be returned with all original packaging (including outer packaging).
- Refunds are issued within 14 working days after inspection.

π« Returns Exclusions
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalised items or products made to your unique specifications including metal number plates, show plates, and signs.
- These exclusions are allowed by law under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. More information is available at the UK Government website.
π Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, please place a new order.
